Obtained an LLB degree in 2011 from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2013. She obtained her High Court Right of Appearance in 2014. In 2016, she joined a Lynn and Main attorneys, Pietermaritzburg, where she gained valuable experience in debt collection. She is currently practicing as an associate in one of the renowned firms in Pietermaritzburg.
She brings years of experience from the legal field and specifically the debt collections sector, she is currently heading a debt collections department at her place of employment. She has knowledge of and practical knowledge of the intricacies of the debt collection sector. Also with current experience of litigation, she offers up-to-date knowledge on debt collection trends and strategies. She also offers experience in drawing, taxing of bills of costs.
Obtained an LLB degree in 2007 and a Master’s Degree LLM: Business Law in 2016 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2008.
She brings debt collection and litigation experience; business management and corporate governance experience having been employed at middle-management level in Public Entities for over 10 years in management level as well as being a Director in a non-profit company aimed at incubating entrepreneurs in the rail manufacturing( engineering) sector. Having litigated as an attorney and managing the litigation processes at the various places of employment, she offers skills of managing creditor-debtor relations, processing of payments, drawing and taxing of bills of costs.
Both directors, being admitted attorneys, with different expertise and skills set which complement each other well, offer a high calibre of ethics to the business of debt-collection sector, which may not be present in other role-players who are not bound by Attorneys’ Ethics.
